Golden Popcorn Makes a Healthy Snack for Children

golden popcornAfter you taste this popcorn, you’ll never go back to eating it any other way! My kids always request that I add the nutritional yeast and lots of it. It gives the popcorn a cheesy taste and is an excellent source of B vitamins.

 Ingredients for Golden Popcorn

  • Butter or coconut oil, melted (according to taste)
  • Nutritional yeast (found at your health food store-check the bulk food section!)

Directions for Golden Popcorn

Pour popped popcorn into a large serving bowl.

Drizzle with melted butter.

Sprinkle with nutritional yeast until the popcorn is evenly dusted with golden B vitamins!
